      2.2. Our services include transportation, warehousing, distribution, and related logistics solutions.
      2.3. All services are subject to availability, terms, and limitations set forth by Marmota Transportation and Logistics.
   3. Quotations and Rates
      3.1. Quotations provided by Marmota Transportation and Logistics are based on the information provided by the customer and are subject to change.
      3.2. Rates are determined based on factors such as distance, weight, size, packaging requirements, and any additional services requested.
      3.3. All rates are provided in the currency specified by Marmota Transportation and Logistics.
   4. Booking and Shipment
      4.1. To book a shipment, the customer must provide accurate and complete information, including origin, destination, weight, dimensions, and any special handling requirements.
      4.2. The customer is responsible for ensuring that all shipment details are accurate and complete.
      4.3. Marmota Transportation and Logistics reserves the right to refuse or cancel any booking at its discretion.
   5. Liability and Insurance
      5.1. Marmota Transportation and Logistics assumes no liability for loss, damage, delay, or any other issues beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of nature, public enemies, strikes, or government actions.
      5.2. The customer is responsible for insuring their goods and understands that Marmota Transportation and Logistics does not provide insurance unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
      5.3. Any claims for loss, damage, or delay must be made in writing within the specified timeframes provided by Marmota Transportation and Logistics.
   6. Payment Terms
      6.1. Payment terms, including rates, charges, and invoicing schedules, will be agreed upon between Marmota Transportation and Logistics and the customer.
      6.2. Invoices are due and payable within the agreed-upon timeframe.
      6.3. Late payments may incur interest charges and collection fees as permitted by law.
   7. Confidentiality and Privacy
      7.1. Marmota Transportation and Logistics respects your privacy and handles all personal information in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
      7.2. Any confidential information shared between the parties shall be kept confidential and used only for the purpose of providing and receiving services.
   8. Intellectual Property
      8.1. All intellectual property rights related to the content, design, and branding of the Marmota Transportation and Logistics website and services remain the property of the company.
      8.2. The customer agrees not to reproduce, modify, or use any intellectual property belonging to Marmota Transportation and Logistics without prior written consent.
   9. Termination
      9.1. Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time with written notice.
      9.2. Termination does not relieve the customer of any outstanding payment obligations.
   10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
       10.1. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Marmota Transportation and Logistics is registered.
       10.2. Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the aforementioned jurisdiction.
   11. Modifications
       11.1. Marmota Transportation and Logistics reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
       11.2. It is the customer’s responsibility to review this Agreement periodically for any changes.
